Tools we built for our own projects
Our engineers built these tools to solve problems that kept coming up in client work and inside Rocket Science Group. We now offer them to other teams that need the same things.
Spend, tokens and attribution across the window you pick.
LLM Gateway
Waygate
One governed door in front of every model provider.
An OpenAI-compatible gateway on Cloudflare Workers. Point a client at it and you get per-user keys and budgets, routing with failover across providers, and a usage record for every single request — without the model backends being reachable directly.
-
Keys and budgets per person
Every request is attributed to a real user and a cost centre, so spend has an owner.
-
Routing with failover
Round-robin and fallback across providers, so one provider having a bad day is not an outage.
-
Metering on every request
Tokens, cost and latency recorded per call and queryable, not estimated at the end of the month.
Drag a folder onto the pad, or push from the CLI.
Internal Hosting
Beam
Hosting for internal tools and web apps
A folder of HTML becomes a private site on your own domain, gated by your identity provider. No servers to run and no login code to write — every app already knows who is looking at it. Each push is an immutable version, so rolling back is instant.
-
Company sign-in
Every site sits behind your company's single sign-on, so teams can publish internal tools without setting up authentication.
-
Built-in backend
Each app comes with a database, file storage, document search and AI, with no servers to manage.
-
Slack and AI assistants
Apps can post to Slack, run scheduled jobs and provide tools to AI assistants.
Every system reconciled into one model you can question.
Company Intelligence
Marvin
A single data graph for your business systems
Marvin gives a company a single, near real-time view of its own state, and makes it answerable. Latest deals from a customer? Who is working on the project? Open invoices? How long has each person on that project been here? All one question away.
It gets there by learning the taxonomy of your business first, enforcing rules that keep the data honest, then maintaining one model of the company that an LLM can query and cross-reference.
-
Connected records
Links customers, projects, people and code repositories across your CRM, HR, planning and engineering tools.
-
Integrity checks
Flags records that don't match between systems, for example a project with no linked deal.
-
Privacy controls
Removes personal data before it reaches the apps and reports that use Marvin.
